Art. 119a Transplant medicine
1The Confederation shall legislate in the field of organ, tissue and cell transplants. In doing so, it shall ensure the protection of human dignity, privacy and health. 2It shall in particular lay down criteria for the fair allocation of organs. 3Any donation of human organs, tissue and cells must be free of charge.
