Art. 123b No time limit for the right to prosecute or for penalties for sexual or pornography offences involving prepubescent children

The right to pro­sec­ute sexu­al or por­no­graphy of­fences in­volving pre­pu­bes­cent chil­dren and the pen­al­ties for such of­fences is not sub­ject to a time lim­it.
