Art. 6 Individual and collective responsibility

All in­di­vidu­als shall take re­spons­ib­il­ity for them­selves and shall, ac­cord­ing to their abil­it­ies, con­trib­ute to achiev­ing the tasks of the state and so­ci­ety.
