Art. 75a National Land Survey

1The Na­tion­al Land Sur­vey is the re­spons­ib­il­ity of the Con­fed­er­a­tion.

2The Con­fed­er­a­tion shall is­sue reg­u­la­tions on of­fi­cial sur­vey­ing.

3It may is­sue reg­u­la­tions on the har­mon­isa­tion of of­fi­cial in­form­a­tion re­lat­ing to the land.
