Art. 9Packaging of aerosol dispensers
Aerosol dispensers not covered by the FoodA34 are subject both to the packaging provisions of this Ordinance and to Articles 1 and 2, and points 2.1, 2.3, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Annex to Directive 75/324/EEC35.
