Art. 93b Transitional provision to the Amendment of 18 November 2020 127

Man­u­fac­tur­ers may con­tin­ue to place the fol­low­ing pre­par­a­tions on the mar­ket un­til 31 Decem­ber 2025 at the latest without in­dic­at­ing the UFI in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 15a, not­with­stand­ing that these do not have a UFI on 1 Janu­ary 2022:

a.
pre­par­a­tions in­ten­ded for pro­fes­sion­al users;
b.
pre­par­a­tions in­ten­ded for private users that are placed on the mar­ket be­fore 1 Janu­ary 2022.
