Art. 51 Form of the report and extended report

The re­port and ex­ten­ded re­port shall be sub­mit­ted as fol­lows:

a.
elec­tron­ic­ally in the format re­quired by the No­ti­fic­a­tion Au­thor­ity;
b.
in an of­fi­cial lan­guage or in Eng­lish.
