Art. 9 Packaging of aerosol dispensers

Aer­o­sol dis­pensers not covered by the FoodA38 are sub­ject both to the pack­aging pro­vi­sions of this Or­din­ance and to Art­icles 1 and 2, and points 2.1, 2.3, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the An­nex to Dir­ect­ive 75/324/EEC39.
