Art­icles 6 and 7 of the Fed­er­al Act of 22 March 197424 on Ad­min­is­trat­ive Crim­in­al Law ap­ply to of­fences com­mit­ted with­in a busi­ness by sub­or­din­ates, agents or rep­res­ent­at­ives.
