Art. 23 Private law activities of federal bodies

1If a fed­er­al body acts un­der private law, the pro­vi­sions for the pro­cessing of per­son­al data by private per­sons ap­ply.

2Su­per­vi­sion is gov­erned by the pro­vi­sions on fed­er­al bod­ies.
