Art. 18 Laboratory network

The can­tons shall op­er­ate a net­work of re­gion­al labor­at­or­ies and en­sure co­oper­a­tion with the com­pet­ent fed­er­al au­thor­it­ies and the high se­cur­ity labor­at­or­ies.
