Art. 22 Transport and storage obligations

Im­port­ers and dis­trib­ut­ors shall en­sure that, while ra­dio equip­ment is un­der their re­spons­ib­il­ity, its stor­age or trans­port con­di­tions do not jeop­ard­ise its com­pli­ance with the es­sen­tial re­quire­ments set out in Or­din­ance.
