Art. 25 Prosecution

Of­fences re­ferred to in Art­icle 37 or 38 of the Sub­sidies Act of 5 Oc­to­ber 199033 in re­la­tion to in­nov­a­tion sup­port shall be pro­sec­uted by the EAER un­der the pro­vi­sions of the Fed­er­al Act of 22 March 197434 on Ad­min­is­trat­ive Crim­in­al Law.
