Art. 52 Reporting

1 The re­search fund­ing in­sti­tu­tions and the Fed­er­al Ad­min­is­tra­tion, in­so­far as it car­ries out or pro­motes re­search, shall peri­od­ic­ally re­port on their activ­it­ies and on the im­ple­ment­a­tion of the multi-year pro­gramme to the Fed­er­al Coun­cil or the de­part­ment re­spons­ible.

2 The de­part­ment re­spons­ible reg­u­lates the form, ex­tent and tim­ing of the re­port, if ap­pro­pri­ate in the con­text of the ser­vice level agree­ment con­cluded.

3 The Fed­er­al Coun­cil shall provide the Fed­er­al As­sembly with the peri­od­ic ERI Dis­patch.
