Art. 55 Choice and organisation

1 The Fed­er­al Coun­cil chooses the mem­bers of the SSC and its pres­id­ent.

2 The SSC has 10–15 mem­bers. They have proven in­ter­dis­cip­lin­ary com­pet­en­cies in sci­ence, vo­ca­tion­al edu­ca­tion and train­ing and in­nov­a­tion.

3 The SSC shall is­sue reg­u­la­tions gov­ern­ing its or­gan­isa­tion and man­age­ment. These shall be ap­proved by the Fed­er­al Coun­cil.
