Art. 35 Applications of the Federal Council

1 The Fed­er­al Coun­cil shall sub­mit to the Fed­er­al As­sembly:

a.
a peri­od­ic dis­patch on the pro­mo­tion of edu­ca­tion, re­search and in­nov­a­tion (the ERI Dis­patch);
b.
as re­quired fur­ther spe­cif­ic dis­patches on the pro­mo­tion of re­search and in­nov­a­tion.

2 In these dis­patches, it re­quests the Fed­er­al As­sembly to make the re­quired fin­an­cing de­cisions.
