(RIPA)

The Fed­er­al As­sembly shall au­thor­ise the fol­low­ing for a multi-year peri­od by simple fed­er­al de­cree:

a.

the pay­ment struc­ture for re­search fund­ing in­sti­tu­tions;

b.

the pay­ment struc­ture for con­tri­bu­tions to re­search fa­cil­it­ies of na­tion­al sig­ni­fic­ance;

c.⁶⁵

the pay­ment struc­ture for In­no­suisse in­nov­a­tion sup­port activ­it­ies;

d.

the guar­an­tee cred­its for con­tri­bu­tions in the con­text of in­ter­na­tion­al co­oper­a­tion in the field of re­search and in­nov­a­tion;

e.⁶⁶

the pay­ment struc­ture for the op­er­at­ing costs of the in­sti­tu­tion re­spons­ible for the Swiss In­nov­a­tion Park un­der Art­icle 33 para­graph 2 let­ter b.
