²The terms «stock ex­change», «mul­ti­lat­er­al trad­ing fa­cil­ity», «MTF», «cent­ral coun­ter­party», «CCP», «se­cur­it­ies set­tle­ment sys­tem», «SSS», «cent­ral se­cur­it­ies de­pos­it­ory», «CSD», «trade re­pos­it­ory» and «TR» may be used in con­nec­tion with the pro­vi­sion of fin­an­cial ser­vices only to des­ig­nate a cor­res­pond­ing fin­an­cial mar­ket in­fra­struc­ture sub­ject to this Act.
