(Financial Market Infrastructure Act, FinMIA)

¹ A fin­an­cial mar­ket in­fra­struc­ture shall reg­u­larly pub­lish all es­sen­tial in­form­a­tion for par­ti­cipants, is­suers and the gen­er­al pub­lic, spe­cific­ally:

a.

in­form­a­tion about its or­gan­isa­tion;

b.

the par­ti­cip­a­tion con­di­tions;

c.

the rights and du­ties of par­ti­cipants and is­suers.

² It shall take ac­count of re­cog­nised in­ter­na­tion­al stand­ards in do­ing so.
