(Financial Market Infrastructure Act, FinMIA)

¹ The trad­ing ven­ue shall is­sue reg­u­la­tions for the or­gan­isa­tion of or­derly and trans­par­ent trad­ing.

² It shall re­gister all of its or­ders and trans­ac­tions in chro­no­lo­gic­al or­der, as well as the trans­ac­tions re­por­ted to it. In par­tic­u­lar, it shall in­dic­ate the time, the iden­tity of the par­ti­cipants, the se­cur­it­ies traded and their num­ber or nom­in­al value, as well as their price.
