Art. 41c Publication of lists

1 FINMA shall pub­lish a list of the re­cog­nised for­eign trad­ing ven­ues.

2 The Fed­er­al Coun­cil shall pub­lish a list of jur­is­dic­tions that fall with­in the defin­i­tion in Art­icle 41b para­graph 1 let­ter b.
