Sys­tem­ic­ally im­port­ant fin­an­cial mar­ket in­fra­struc­tures (Art. 22) have to meet the re­quire­ments set out in sec­tion 2 in ad­di­tion to the con­di­tions de­tailed in Art­icle 5.
