(Financial Market Infrastructure Act, FinMIA)

¹ The fin­an­cial mar­ket in­fra­struc­ture shall no­ti­fy FINMA of any changes in the facts on which its au­thor­isa­tion or ap­prov­al is based.

² If the changes are of ma­ter­i­al sig­ni­fic­ance, the fin­an­cial mar­ket in­fra­struc­ture must ob­tain pri­or au­thor­isa­tion or ap­prov­al from FINMA in or­der to pur­sue its activ­ity.

³ This pro­vi­sion ap­plies by ana­logy to re­cog­nised for­eign fin­an­cial mar­ket in­fra­struc­tures.
