on Financial Market Infrastructures and Market Conduct in Securities and Derivatives Trading
(Financial Market Infrastructure Act, FinMIA)

¹ The trade re­pos­it­ory shall grant the fol­low­ing au­thor­it­ies free ac­cess to the data they re­quire to per­form their tasks:

a.

FINMA;

b.

the SNB;

c.

oth­er Swiss fin­an­cial mar­ket su­per­vis­ory au­thor­it­ies;

d.

the Fed­er­al Elec­tri­city Com­mis­sion.

² The Fed­er­al Coun­cil shall reg­u­late ac­cess to data con­cern­ing cent­ral bank trans­ac­tions, tak­ing ac­count of re­cog­nised in­ter­na­tion­al stand­ards.
