Art. 45 Payment of the offer price

(Art. 135 paras. 2–4 Fin­MIA)

1 The of­fer price may be paid in cash or ex­changed against se­cur­it­ies.

2 Pay­ment against ex­change of se­cur­it­ies is per­mit­ted provided full pay­ment in cash is offered as an al­tern­at­ive.
