Art. 23 Non-discretionary rules

Rules are deemed to be non-dis­cre­tion­ary if they grant the trad­ing ven­ue or the op­er­at­or of an or­gan­ised trad­ing fa­cil­ity no dis­cre­tion in the am­al­gam­a­tion of of­fers.
