The au­thor­isa­tion and re­cog­ni­tion con­di­tions that ap­ply to the op­er­at­or of an or­gan­ised trad­ing fa­cil­ity are based on the fin­an­cial mar­ket acts pur­su­ant to Art­icle 1 para­graph 1 of the Fin­an­cial Mar­ket Su­per­vi­sion Act of 22 June 2007¹⁶.
