Art. 49 Risk diversification

The cent­ral coun­ter­party shall mon­it­or cred­it risks vis-à-vis an in­di­vidu­al coun­ter­party or a group of as­so­ci­ated coun­ter­parties based on the cal­cu­la­tion prin­ciples set out in Sec­tion 4 of Chapter 1 of Title 4 CAO20.
