Art. 30 Group and conglomerate supervision

Where a fin­an­cial group is dom­in­ated by a man­ager of col­lect­ive as­sets or a fin­an­cial con­glom­er­ate is dom­in­ated by a man­ager of col­lect­ive as­sets, FINMA may make these sub­ject to group or con­glom­er­ate su­per­vi­sion, provided this is in ac­cord­ance with re­cog­nised in­ter­na­tion­al stand­ards.
