Art. 6 Tasks

1FINMA car­ries out its su­per­vi­sion ac­cord­ing to the fin­an­cial mar­ket acts and this Act.

2It ful­fils the in­ter­na­tion­al tasks that are re­lated to its su­per­vis­ory activ­ity.
