Art. 24a Audit agents 56

1 FINMA may in­struct an in­de­pend­ent and suit­ably qual­i­fied per­son to con­duct audits of su­per­vised per­sons and en­tit­ies.

2 It spe­cifies the du­ties of the audit agent in the ap­point­ment or­der.

3 The su­per­vised per­sons and en­tit­ies bear the agent’s costs.
