Art. 20 Tax exemption

1 FINMA is ex­empt from any tax­a­tion by the Con­fed­er­a­tion, the can­tons or the com­munes.

2 The fed­er­al le­gis­la­tion on:

a.
value ad­ded tax;
b.
with­hold­ing tax;
c.
stamp du­ties,

is reserved.
