Art. 30 Exclusion of compensation 96

Modi­fic­a­tion by the au­thor­it­ies of num­ber­ing plans or reg­u­la­tions for the man­age­ment of ad­dress­ing re­sources shall not con­sti­tute grounds for any claim for com­pens­a­tion.
