Art. 12a Obligations of transparency and to provide information 35

1 The tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions ser­vice pro­viders must guar­an­tee that their prices are trans­par­ent to their cus­tom­ers.

2They shall in­form the pub­lic con­cern­ing the qual­ity of the tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions ser­vices that they provide.

3 The Fed­er­al Coun­cil shall spe­cify the in­form­a­tion that the pro­viders must pub­lish.

4 OF­COM may in­form the pub­lic about the vari­ous tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions ser­vices offered by the pro­viders.
