Art. 12a Obligations of transparency and to provide information 35
1 The telecommunications service providers must guarantee that their prices are transparent to their customers. 2They shall inform the public concerning the quality of the telecommunications services that they provide. 3 The Federal Council shall specify the information that the providers must publish. 4 OFCOM may inform the public about the various telecommunications services offered by the providers. 35 Inserted by No I of the FA of 24 March 2006 (AS 2007 921; BBl 2003 7951).
