Art. 12c Dispute resolution 39
1 OFCOM shall establish a dispute resolution service or shall entrust this to third parties. In the event of disputes between customers and providers of telecommunications services or value-added services, either party may invoke the service. 2 The party invoking the dispute resolution service shall pay a handling fee. The provider of telecommunications services or value-added services shall bear the costs of the procedure minus the handling fee. 3 The parties are not bound by the dispute resolution decision. 4 The Federal Council regulates the details. 39 Inserted by No I of the FA of 24 March 2006, in force since 1 Apr. 2007 (AS 2007 921; BBl 2003 7951). |
