Art. 13 Provision of information by OFCOM 42

1 Un­less there is an over­rid­ing pub­lic or private in­terest in not do­ing so, OF­COM shall on re­quest provide the name and ad­dress of the pro­vider of tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions ser­vices or value-ad­ded ser­vices, and in­form­a­tion on the ser­vices provided by it and any ad­min­is­trat­ive or crim­in­al pro­sec­u­tions and pen­al­ties.

2 It may pub­lish this in­form­a­tion and make it ac­cess­ible on­line if there is a pub­lic in­terest.

3 Only in the case of over­rid­ing pub­lic or private in­terest may it provide in­form­a­tion on on­go­ing ad­min­is­trat­ive or crim­in­al pro­sec­u­tions, pub­lish that in­form­a­tion or make it ac­cess­ible on­line.
