Art. 13 Provision of information by OFCOM 42
1 Unless there is an overriding public or private interest in not doing so, OFCOM shall on request provide the name and address of the provider of telecommunications services or value-added services, and information on the services provided by it and any administrative or criminal prosecutions and penalties. 2 It may publish this information and make it accessible online if there is a public interest. 3 Only in the case of overriding public or private interest may it provide information on ongoing administrative or criminal prosecutions, publish that information or make it accessible online. 42 Amended by No I of the FA of 24 March 2006, in force since 1 Apr. 2007 (AS 2007 921; BBl 2003 7951). |
