Art. 19b Publication by OFCOM 65

Un­less there is some over­rid­ing pub­lic or private in­terest not to do so, OF­COM shall pub­lish the name and ad­dress of the li­censee, the sub­ject of the li­cence and the rights and ob­lig­a­tions de­riv­ing from the li­cence.
