Art. 24b Special licensing regulations 83

If no li­cens­ing reg­u­la­tions ex­ist for spe­cif­ic cir­cum­stances re­quir­ing a li­cence, the li­cens­ing au­thor­ity shall define these on a case-by-case basis.
