Art. 28c Management of internet domains: Responsibility 96

1 OF­COM shall man­age in­ter­net do­mains if the Con­fed­er­a­tion is re­spons­ible for their man­age­ment.

2 It may provide com­mer­cial ser­vices to third parties provided this is ne­ces­sary for man­aging do­main names and the re­quire­ments of Art­icle 41a para­graphs 2 and 3 of the Fin­an­cial Budget Act of 7 Oc­to­ber 200597 are met.
