Art. 32b Prohibition of installations and devices that cause interference 112

1 It is pro­hib­ited to man­u­fac­ture, im­port, of­fer, make avail­able on the mar­ket, pos­sess, put in­to ser­vice, in­stall or op­er­ate tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions in­stall­a­tions and oth­er devices that are in­ten­ded to in­ter­fere with or pre­vent tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions or broad­cast­ing.
