¹ Lines for the trans­mis­sion of in­form­a­tion by means of tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions tech­niques and cable ducts shall be the prop­erty of the pro­viders of tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions ser­vices who have in­stalled them or ac­quired them from third parties.

² Any own­er of land who wil­fully or through gross neg­li­gence dam­ages a tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions ser­vice pro­vider’s line or cable duct on his prop­erty shall be li­able for the dam­age.
