Art. 39a Funding of accompanying measures 148

The Fed­er­al Coun­cil may use part of the pro­ceeds from li­cence fees un­der Art­icle 39 for ac­com­pa­ny­ing meas­ures such as re­search and sur­veys in con­nec­tion with ra­dio-based tech­no­lo­gies.
