Pro­viders of tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions ser­vices may pro­cess data con­cern­ing loc­a­tions of cus­tom­ers only for the tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions ser­vices and char­ging pur­poses; they may only pro­cess it for oth­er ser­vices if they have first ob­tained the con­sent of cus­tom­ers, or in an­onymised form.
