Tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions ser­vice pro­viders with a re­gistered of­fice or per­man­ent set­tle­ment in Switzer­land must:

a.

com­ply with the em­ploy­ment reg­u­la­tions and guar­an­tee the con­di­tions of em­ploy­ment cus­tom­ary in the in­dustry;

b.

of­fer an ap­pro­pri­ate num­ber of vo­ca­tion­al edu­ca­tion and train­ing places for ap­pren­tices.
