(Waters Protection Act, WPA)

¹Any­one who dams up a wa­ter­course may not put any flot­sam which he may have re­moved for op­er­a­tion­al reas­ons back in­to the wa­ter. The au­thor­ity may grant ex­cep­tions.

²The per­son re­spons­ible for a dam must peri­od­ic­ally col­lect the flot­sam near his in­stall­a­tion ac­cord­ing to the in­struc­tions of the au­thor­ity.
