Art. 64a Risk guarantee 72

The Con­fed­er­a­tion may provide a risk guar­an­tee in re­spect of prom­ising new in­stall­a­tions and equip­ment. This may not ex­ceed 60 per cent of the at­trib­ut­able costs.
