Art. 16 Federal Council regulations on wastewater treatment and the inspection of installations

The Fed­er­al Coun­cil shall lay down the re­quire­ments for:

a.
dis­charge in­to sew­ers;
b.
spe­cial re­leases from pro­duc­tion pro­cesses;
c.
residues from wastewa­ter treat­ment plants, their re­cov­ery and dis­pos­al;
d.
the in­spec­tion of in­stall­a­tions and equip­ment;
e.
the use of wastewa­ter is­su­ing from the pro­cessing of farm ma­nure.
