Art. 10 Secretariats or other bodies established by international treaty

A sec­ret­ari­at or oth­er body may be ac­cor­ded priv­ileges, im­munit­ies and fa­cil­it­ies if it is es­tab­lished un­der an in­ter­na­tion­al treaty which as­signs to it cer­tain tasks with a view to the im­ple­ment­a­tion of that treaty.
