Art. 23 Conditions, procedures and detailed rules

The Fed­er­al Coun­cil shall lay down the con­di­tions, pro­ced­ures and de­tailed rules for the grant­ing of fin­an­cial sub­sidies and oth­er sup­port meas­ures.
