Art. 36 Genetic tests performed without consent
Any person who wilfully prescribes or performs a genetic test without obtaining the consent of the person being tested, as required by this Act, shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or to a monetary penalty.1 1 Amended by Art. 333 of the Swiss Criminal Code (SR 311.0) in its version in the Federal Act of 13 Dec. 2002, in force since 1 Jan. 2007 (AS 2006 3459). |
