Art. 36 Genetic tests performed without consent

Any per­son who wil­fully pre­scribes or per­forms a ge­net­ic test without ob­tain­ing the con­sent of the per­son be­ing tested, as re­quired by this Act, shall be li­able to a cus­todi­al sen­tence not ex­ceed­ing three years or to a mon­et­ary pen­alty.1
